1. General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the winbaji platform and all services included within it. By visiting the winbaji website, registering, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. For more information about any winbaji service, you may read our About Us page. This document acts as a legal agreement and defines the mutual rights and responsibilities between users and winbaji.
In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and other policies also apply. Those policies are considered an integral part of these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account at winbaji, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
- You may hold only one account in your name.
- All information provided at registration must be completely truthful and accurate.
- You must be legally eligible to use gaming services.
2.2 Registration Process
To complete registration successfully, you must provide a valid mobile number, email address and a strong password. winbaji may request additional information at any time for identity verification purposes. Some services may be restricted until the identity verification process is completed.
2.3 One Person, One Account
Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any balances in those accounts may be forfeited.
3. Account Security and Responsibility
3.1 Password Protection
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your login password with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the winbaji support team immediately.
3.2 Responsibility for Account Activity
All activity carried out from your account — bets, deposits, withdrawals and other transactions — will be considered your own responsibility. winbaji will not be held liable for any loss resulting from sharing your account details with others.
3.3 Updating Your Information
If any of your personal details change, update them in your account without delay. For changes to your mobile number or email address, winbaji may require additional verification.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at winbaji is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposits will be credited to your account only after successful processing.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
4.3 Account Verification
Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request. winbaji may request additional documents or information if needed. Funds may only be withdrawn using the method registered to the account.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
- winbaji reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
- If another bonus is active while a bonus offer is running, the new one may not apply.
- If unusual betting patterns or bonus abuse are detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 Other Promotions
winbaji offers various promotions from time to time, including weekly reload gifts, slot festival bonuses, Friday Cricket Dhamaka and more. Each offer has its own terms, wagering requirements and validity period. Please read the relevant terms before claiming an offer.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on the winbaji platform are considered final, unless a bet needs to be voided due to a technical error or clearly incorrect information. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
6.2 Match or Event Cancellation
If a sports event or game is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, the original stake for bets on that event will be refunded. For partially completed events, decisions will be made based on the relevant rules.
6.3 Live Betting
In live betting, odds change in real time. When placing a bet, ensure you are betting at the correct odds. If a discrepancy in odds arises due to internet connection delays, the odds recorded on the server will be considered final.
6.4 Erroneous Odds or Games
If abnormal odds or game results occur due to a technical error or human mistake, winbaji reserves the right to void those bets or results. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbaji platform:
- Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
- Fraudulently exploiting the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots or artificial means.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Any attempt to compromise the platform's security systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Abusive or harassing behaviour towards other users or winbaji staff.
- Placing bets using funds belonging to a third party.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 winbaji's Rights
winbaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This action will be taken in particular in cases of violation of these Terms.
8.2 Closing Your Own Account
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Detailed information about self-exclusion and break options can be found on the Responsible Gaming page. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
8.3 Balance of a Closed Account
If an account is closed due to a violation of the Terms, the bonus balance in that account will be cancelled. However, the return of any regular cash balance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
winbaji always strives to operate its platform without interruption, however winbaji will not be held liable for the following:
- Any loss caused by internet connection disruption.
- Failure of third-party services or payment gateways.
- Service interruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
- Issues arising from a user's own negligence or incorrect information.
- Any loss resulting from sharing account details with others.
winbaji does not guarantee winnings of any specific amount. Gaming and betting outcomes are entirely variable and there is a real possibility of losing money.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the winbaji platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and interfaces — are the intellectual property of winbaji. Reproducing, distributing, modifying or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
The intellectual property of content from third-party game developers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and other studios remains with their respective companies.
11. Changes to Terms
winbaji reserves the right to change, amend or add new conditions to these Terms at any time. A notice will be displayed on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
